Introducing Gaps
In order to try and make my diary as flexible as possible, a new feature is being introduced within the app. This feature is called Gaps. It will show any available lesson slots which are free to book.
The advantage of this feature, is you can book an additional lesson if you feel you need or want it, in addition to your normal scheduled lesson, or alternatively if you can't make your normal scheduled lesson, you could book the gap, and inform me you cannot make the original lesson. This means you do not need to skip a week. Or if I need to cancel your lesson due to sickness or another learner's test, you could book an alternative lesson.
In order for the feature to work, you simply need notifications to be enabled to be notified of a new lesson gap, or click the lesson gaps button on the homescreen of the TotalDrive App to view available gaps.
1. Notifications
On your phone or device, ensure that notfications are enabled, if you wish to be notified when a gap or bookable slot becomes available.

Lesson Gaps Button
Open up your TotalDrive App, and on the homescreen click the "Lesson Gaps" button to see the available gaps.
You can click this at any time to see if there is an alternate gap or if you want an additional lesson to book.

Select the lesson
If there is a lesson you would like, click the drop down arrow at the side and click "Accept"
You will be asked to confirm the booking.

Pay / Cancel
If its an additional lesson, please pay within 48H as per the terms and conditions or ASAP if your booking is short notice. If the lesson is not paid for it will not go ahead.
If you're trying to arrange an alternate slot, please contact me to cancel your original booking.
*If you see a gap listed, but the timing doesn't quite fit your schedule, please message me and I will try to change it. Or if you would like to book the slot, but having trouble, get in touch.
